What to do with the flowers after the service?
Flowers add beauty to a memorial service and are a great way to convey respect and condolences to the family. After the service many families divide the flowers between family members.
It is common for flowers to be taken to the church, hospital, nursing home, assisted living and businesses as a thank you from your loved one. Anyone assisting with the funeral service though music, technology, kitchen, etc. will greatly appreciate a token of thanks.
What can we send to the service besides flower's and plants?
Our store offers a nice selection of memorial plaques, stones and statuary. Please call for details on what is available.
Our gourmet Snack Boxes are also a great option for families during their down-time.
Good Samaritan Garden Memorials and Donations
The Miller Good Samaritan Society Garden is taken care of by volunteers. We offer memorial shrubs/trees/perennials, annual hanging baskets and garden plaques/statuary to be donated each spring to the garden in honor of your loved one. Please call for more information. 605-893-0105

Can we send something to the home and service?
Yes, we always recommend sending snack boxes to the home for the family during their time of grief. Flowers and plants can be delivered to the service.
What if I want the flowers to go to a specific person in the family?
Please add the name of the family member in the notes. On the back of the card message we will write Care Of: Name.
How do I know what the bouquet will look like?
No bouquet is the same. Our bespoke approach to design and seasonal product selection set us apart from other floral shops. If you have specific requests for a bouquet please call and ask to speak with the designer directly. 605-893-0105
Due to the nature of a small town flower shop we only have a limited selection of flowers on hand at a given time. Please allow a weeks notice for specific flower requests.
When should I order memorial flowers?
We always appreciate as much lead time as possible. If the service is scheduled for a later date we will accept orders as soon as a date is announced.
We work closely with the Reck and Luce Funeral homes to set up delivery times before the services.
